With this recipe you can prepare the popular Italian dessert Tiramisu. The classic tiramisu impresses with simple ingredients that just taste heavenly in their combination will melt on the tongue! Tiramisu is known worldwide, and rightly so. A unique temptation made from ladyfingers, mascarpone, espresso and cocoa flatters the palate like no other dessert. 500g Mascarpone Cheese
200ml Strong brewed coffee
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 small bottle of bitter almond oil
Cocoa powder for dusting
Brew a strong coffee with your favorite machine or just use instant coffee. Once done chill it the fridge.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites to snow and set aside. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and 3/4 of the bitter almond oil well with a whisk. Then add the mascarpone and stir. Now add the egg whites and fold in carefully. Now the cream is ready.
Add the rest of the bitter almond oil to the cold coffee.
Place half of the ladyfingers in a suitable baking dish. Drizzle the ladyfingers with the coffee several times (approx. 2 to 3 times) with a pastry brush and pour half of the mascarpone cream over them. Then layer for layer of ladyfingers again and brush again with coffee. Then spread the rest of the cream over it. Finally sprinkle the cocoa powder over the cream and let the tiramisu cool in the refrigerator - preferably overnight.
