The bitter sweet cocoa tart shell is baked then filled with rich nama chocolate made by premium dark couverture chocolate, Callebaut 60% dark couverture chocolate, Lastly sprinkle some sea salt to balance the flavour and decorated by crunchy chocolate pearls.
