Product Description

Soft and fluffy sponge cake sandwiched with green grapes and Chantilly cream. The grape has an elegant sweetness, juiciness and refreshing acidity. You can fully enjoy the fresh taste of grapes. The soft and fluffy sponge is made from Japanese cake flour, and our recipe is a thicker version than normal sponge cake, as it helps the sponge keep moister longer. The Chantilly cream is made of 35% dairy whipping cream, this cream resulting in a smooth aftertaste.
