The delivery service, Pickupp was amazing!! Updated the whereabouts of my cake, and even alerted my husband on what time he’ll be arriving with the cake. Definitely a better experience than when I received an ice cream cake from my sisters last year, but the delivery service (Mr Speedy) did not state what he was delivering, he did not message me to alert when he was arriving and he only left my ice cream cake AT MY SECURITY GUARD POST. It was supposed to be a surprise from my sisters but I found out about my ice cream cake a day later. So I’m glad Cake Rush improved on your delivery SOPs!!
