The cake was a little below expectation..size was smaller and different fruits arrangements unlike as advertised. The taste is acceptable. Thankfully my mom likes it.

Unprofessional! Staff Not helpful!

I place order on 12/12/2023.
I have mention that i request to deliver the cake at 10 am, since the app showing delivery slot was 10am-1pm.

From 12/12 to 14/12, no one from cakerush call and inform me that they cannot meet the requirement.

On 14/12, when i call, then be infomed me they not promised but will try their best.

On 15/12, still no one update me the status,
I call again on 10.48 am, the staff told me the same, not promise but try arrange. I leave msg at messenger, then send me the lalamove trace link.
10.48 am arrange pick up??

When you received my order, read my requirement and inform me earlier you couldn't meet the requirement. I will cancel the order!
