Step 2 : On the product page, select your preferred delivery date, time slot, quantity, size, number of candles, and finally include a heartfelt message along with your name as sign off. Click "ADD TO CART" and you will then proceed to the cart page.
Step 3 : On the cart page, provide all vital shipping information such as delivery address, recipient’s contact, and your email address. **All receipts / invoices will only be sent to your email address
Step 4 : Complete your purchase by selecting payment by "CREDIT CARD" or "eGHL" and pay. For e-wallet and online banking payment options, please select "eGHL" as your payment method.
Step 5 : Kick back and relax whilst we get your freshly baked cake delivered to your doorstep.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Credit, and Debit) as form of payments and Online Banking via "eGHL". For online banking, please select "eGHL" when you are selecting a payment method.
Step 1 : Select "eGHL" as the payment medium and a new page will load stating the full amount to be paid and several bank and e-wallet options for you to choose from.
Step 2 : Select your preferred bank or e-wallet service that you have an account with and just follow the instructions after that.
Step 3:Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
Of course! You may place an order from our assortment of cakes here anytime before 3pm and we'll have it delivered to your doorstep in 4 hours.
Amendments of Order Details
Change of delivery address is permissible 4 hours before your pre-selected time slot. Any request of changes to delivery addresses less than 4 hours from your pre-selected time slot will not be able to be processed.
Change of delivery date is only permissible if you have an order made for future dates and time slots.
Amendments to the delivery date/time slot are not allowed if your expected delivery time slot is less than 24 hours from your request and the order will proceed to be delivered based on your originally selected date and time slot.
Unfortunately, amendments to the type/size of cake are not permissible after placing your order.
Change of recipient’s name is only permissible for next day cakes and onwards.
Amendments to the recipient’s name for same day cakes is not allowed as our bakers would have already prepared your message card in advance.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accomodate to customization requests and what you see on our website is what you will receive delivered to your doorstep. You may use our "BUILD YOUR OWN GIFT" feature if you would like to build your perfect gift.
The cut-off times for each time slot is shown below. After each cut-off time is passed, you can only select the other remaining available time slots.
a) 11am - 1pm - Order cut-off 9am
b) 1pm - 3pm - Order cut-off 11am
c) 3pm - 5pm - Order cut-off 1pm
d) 5pm - 7pm - Order cut-off 3pm
Candles are provided for free if you have requested for it while placing your order. You will be able to request for up to 10 candles on the website, however if you need more, please do not hesitate to request for more at the “special delivery instructions” remarks. We can only accommodate up to 15 candles maximum per cake delivery (Subject to availability).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to write any message on cakes, but if you insist, we can help check with the baker if that can be done.
We currently only serve KLANG VALLEY and PENANG exclusively but will expand to other states throughout Malaysia in due time. Stay tuned!
Yes, we do charge delivery fees for orders based on your distance from the baker you have ordered your cake from.
All deliveries will be meticulously planned based on the time slot you have pre-selected when you placed your order. The time slots are -
a) 11am - 1pm
b) 1pm - 3pm
c) 3pm - 5pm
d) 5pm - 7pm
Kindly note that as we strive to deliver your order to you, there will be factors that could affect delivery timing such as traffic, weather, scheduled road closures, etc. Having said that, we are determined to deliver your cake within the stipulated time slot selected by you.

Once the cake you ordered is successfully delivered by our delivery agent, you will receive an email notifying you that the cake has been successfully delivered.
If you did not receive your cake, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness representatives at (+6)03-3099 4380 as soon as possible.
In this instance, the best thing to do is to get in touch with our Customer Happiness team in regards to the situation you are facing and work with us to reschedule a redelivery on a later date/time slot.
Likewise, if the recipient is unresponsive to calls from our delivery agent and Customer Happiness team, the cake will be brought back to our fulfilment center for storage until a next date/time slot for redelivery could be determined and agreed upon.
CakeRush will not be able to guarantee freshness of the cake after extensive transit durations.
Yes, you may cancel your order up until 24 hours before your intended delivery date/time slot and we will process a full refund/credit reversal to your respective card or bank account. Please be aware that refunds will typically take a minimum of 3 - 7 working days to be processed depending on each respective bank or payment gateway which CakeRush does not have influence upon.
It is your responsibility to take note of our cancellation policy mentioned above. Failure to meet the expectations will give us the rights to deny your request to cancel and full refund will be voided.
In instances like this, our Customer Happiness team will be in touch with you to find a suitable solution/replacement/substitution based on the price and flavour of your pre-selected cake.
However, in the case that none of the cakes listed on our website strikes your fancy we will issue you a full refund/credit reversal to your respective card or bank account.

No, we will not include any form of receipts/invoice to recipients. However, we will include a copy of the "DELIVERY ORDER" which only consists of the delivery address, recipient's name and the name of the cake ordered. However, if you would require an invoice you may make a request with our customer service team.

We are sorry that we cannot promise a specific delivery time.
However, all our deliveries will be delivered on the time slot that is available and pre-selected by you.
As of now, we do not have a live tracking system for our customers yet; but be rest assured that we will deliver your orders within the time slot you have pre-selected, you will also receive an email confirmation when your order is successfully delivered by our delivery agent.

Our cakes are usually between 6”-9” in diameter with various heights. Some cakes also come in square or rectangle shapes.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate this request at this point to keep our operations as smooth as butter. However once we do provide this option, we will let you know through our email marketing channel.
All our bakers use local or/and imported Halal certified ingredients to bake. Some of our vendors are also in the process of obtaining necessary Halal and ISO certifications.

We kindly urge all our customers to read and understand the ingredients and allergens list before placing an order.
However, most of our cakes are baked in an environment that is exposed to common allergens such as dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat, soy and etc. Please take precautionary measures to ensure that your recipient is not allergic to the allergens mentioned above before placing an order.
If you notice any signs of allergies after consuming cake that may have traces of allergens, please seek immediate medical help from a medical professional.
The photos on our website are purely for illustration purposes only. Most cakes are baked/handmade in a non-industrial scale hence it is common that slight differences occur from time to time in regards to the decoration and finishing of the cake.
Our bakers will also substitute toppings in the case where the original topping is unavailable.
Don't worry, if substitutions do happen it will be equal of value or even higher in value.
Our bakers take pride in producing the best quality cakes money can buy, hence taste and flavour is of utmost importance to our bakers and us here at CakeRush.
To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 6 HOURS upon delivery of your cake. Your report will be subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Happiness team.
When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, reasons on why you are requesting for a return or refund.
In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of proper cake storage methods and shelf life of the cake once it has been delivered. If the outcome warrants a refund, the refund process will take a minimum of 3 - 7 working days.
Our sold out items typically take 1 week or less to restock. Do constantly check back from time to time.

How to redeem CakeRush coupons:
To take advantage of a CakeRush discount code, you have to fill in the code on the payment page (after you filled in all the required delivery information)
1. Choose your Cake.
2. Hit Continue button.
3. Fill out all of the required information - recipient's address, card message.When you reach the PAYMENT page where you choose your preferred payment method - enter the Discount Code in discount code field to the right of the page.
4. Click on "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your order and subsequently deduct the discount amount from your total.
Desktop Browser: The discount field will be shown on the right side of the check out page.
Mobile Browser: Click on "Show Order Summary" to expand the discount code field page.
