Grandson's birthday cake

I have to credit for the fast delivery and in good condition upon arrival.
But my whole family was extremely disappointed with the cake. The texture was relatively hard, unlike many other cakes that we have tasted. For such a price (more than RM100), its definitely not worth the money. We even had difficulty cutting it into slices. And the decorations were just cut-out soft cardboards of firemen figures and 2 small fireman vehicles. The issue is not so much on the figures but the main item, which is the cake. My guests even had to gracefully admit that they couldn't finish because the cake was too hard to eat. You really have to improve on the cake texture. Thank you.

The design of the cake.

Cake Delivered On time But....

Received the cake on time. The cake is nice but it was delivered in a box without a proper bag. Since it was delivered to my office so it is a bit troublesome to bring home without a proper bag. This is my 2nd time ordering from Cake Rush. My first time was great. Hope you will improve on this since I really like Cake Rush.
