Bad experience on the lalamove delivery.

The lalamove delivery guy called me up and telling he is on the way for my delivery. I'm advice him to drop the care at condor lobby, but he is asking me to wait at condor lobby as i need to pay back him the tol free. I refused to pay, as i already pay the delivery fee while i'm ordered cake online. After waiting for more than 1 hour , contacted him and he informed that cake already delivered to condor lobby but never inform me. So, my cake sitting at lobby for about 1 hour, still save to eat?
