Apam Balik Cake

This cake was inspired by a classic street pancake. It consists of 3 sponge flavours; banana, pandan, and gula melaka that are sandwiched in between salted creamy corn with a spread of peanut butter frosting with peanut nibs, as well as topped with caramelized crushed almonds.
