Pretty appearance, but crumbly and dry. Probably because it was frozen, did not live up to the flavour too. Only found a few bits of yam in the cream filling.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing.

The texture was quite dry, lacking the moistness you’d expect from a good slice. There was a faint yam flavor, but it felt underdeveloped and didn’t add much depth. Overall, the cake wasn’t enjoyable — it came across as bland and not worth recommending. A little more richness, moisture, and balance in flavor would have made a big difference.
