Cake texture was too sticky, didn’t taste fresh

It was so sticky on the cake texture. It almost didn’t taste like a normal carrot cake. Disappointing. Walnuts weren’t fresh as well

The cake arrived after the selected time frame but it came in one piece so all good. The cake tasted good albeit too sweet to my liking. Plenty of cream cheese, about 60 cc to 40 cake ratio if that’s to your thing :)
