Beautiful design but disappointing taste

The cake decoration was beautiful, and the delivery was on time, but the cake didn’t taste good. I ordered a chocolate moist cake, but it was very dry. It’s not just me saying this — my guests said the same thing too. I’m giving an additional star for their effort in following up on my feedback, and for the customer service representative named Icha who offered a store voucher for my next order.
