Spiderman

I ordered a Spider-man themed Strawberry Chantilly cake, but unfortunately received the Belgium Chocolate flavour instead. Despite the mix-up, the cake was delicious, and the birthday boy absolutely loved the solid Spider Man design, eventhough strawberry would have been his first choice.

I was impressed by the excellent customer service from Ms. Uma, who responded promptly to my feedback and genuinely tried to make things right. I truly appreciate the outstanding after-sales support and the care shown in resolving the issue.

Overall, despite this slight hiccup, it was still a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be ordering from Cake Rush again and highly recommend them for both their quality cakes and exceptional customer service!

My nephew was in awe when he received the Spiderman cake and could not stop admiring it! The taste suits his palate and my sister kept on talking about it :)

My son asked for a Spiderman cake and it arrived looking just like the photo. But the best thing about it was, the strawberry chantilly cake was so good! So fluffy, just sweet enough with generous jam and coated with a creamy frosting that we all loved. HIGHLY recommend.
