I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a cake (BERILICIOUS LYCHEE CAKE) from Cake Rush, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster. The cake I received bore no resemblance whatsoever to the beautifully displayed photo on their website. It was a classic case of false advertising, and I am utterly disappointed with their service. It was far from the pristine, expertly crafted masterpiece I had expected based on the online image.
Moreover, the taste was nothing short of mediocre. The flavors were bland, and the texture was dry and crumbly. I was left wondering if I had received a completely different cake from the one I ordered or if Cake Rush simply lacks the skill to replicate their own creations.

Dear Cakerush,
I have been a regular customer to Cakerush and have not been disappointed until yesterday.
The cake that was delivered to me was nothing like the one that I ordered. Infact, it was horrendous- fluorescent pink, horrible finish, and the cake was made of layers of horrible tasting sponge cake. It was embarrassing to serve it to my guests. I attempted to make it look better and taste better by adding strawberries and blueberries but to no avail.
I wonder if the cake was swapped unscrupulously along the process. I ended up throwing the cake away it was that bad.
Due to the above experience I am hesitant to order from cakerush in the future.
