I place order on 12/12/2023.
I have mention that i request to deliver the cake at 10 am, since the app showing delivery slot was 10am-1pm.

From 12/12 to 14/12, no one from cakerush call and inform me that they cannot meet the requirement.

On 14/12, when i call, then be informed me they not promised but will try their best.

On 15/12, still no one update me the status,
I call again on 10.48am, the staff told me the same, not promise but try arrange. I leave msg at messenger, then send me the lalamove tracker link.
10.48 am arrange pick up??
