I bought this cake for my sister's birthday, and everybody on the table loves this cake, highly recommended!
The cake did not arrive as scheduled and it was 30 mins late, the driver refused to deliver to lobby of the condo for us to pick up in person. We had to negotiate with him to make a small turn in his vehicle to save us a big walk in foot, however the driver was polite and apologetic. As expected, the cake melted and it was not in a pleasant shape. Definitely put the birthday boy down with its look. Even though the taste made up for the bad experience, we find that the service is unacceptable.
